jump to random url in the gemini universe

I decided to make a random url redirector to have a small project to test my php script as CGI.

The script uses the site list from gemini.bortzmeyer.org, for now this is downloaded manually, so it does not update often. The list currently has 2340 including a few onion links that may not work on most clients.

To get a random url, go to this url, the page shows a link instead of a redirect, I am testing if that works better for bots.
